
John Ames
Lead Pastor
John grew up in Ivory Coast, West Africa, as the son of Baptist missionaries. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Taylor University, John went on to obtain a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, a Master of Theology from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a PhD in Missiology from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
John has a background in urban ministry and community development in Boston and helped start two Send Network churches in Rhode Island prior to serving FBC Norwood. He is also currently the Boston Ministry Center Director overseeing Send Relief’s team. In his free time, John loves watching Liverpool soccer, listening to live music, and spending time with his wife, Jenny, and their two children, Micah and Mikayla

Kevin Marando
Associate Pastor
Born in Dorchester and growing up on the South Shore, Kevin has a deep love for the people of Greater Boston. Today he lives with his wife, Pam and children, Zoe, Levi and Evangeline in Dedham.
He loves working with his hands, playing guitar, and spending time near the water with his family. A graduate of Framingham State and Southern Seminary, Kevin loves helping people understand scripture and grow in their relationship with Christ.

Michelle DeLew
Worship Leader
Michelle grew up in New Jersey, carrying with her the vibrant spirit of her Dominican heritage. She and her husband, Jake, have called Boston home for well over a decade. Passionate about leading through music, Michelle delights in helping God’s people connect with Him. Beyond worship, she is a talented interior designer and a devoted mom to two daughters, sharing her love and culture with her family and neighbors every day.

Pam Marando
Kids Ministry Director
Hailing from Kingston MA, Pam grew up the daughter of a Christian School Principal. She followed in her mom's footsteps and now serves as the Vice-Principal at Grace Prep, a Private Christian University Model school in Needham. She is passionate about helping children understand the character and love of God. She is equally passionate about helping equip parents to disciple their children. In addition to ministry, Pam loves crafting and latte's.
